Soy beverage and Fruit Popsicles Print Recipe
Serves: 8 popsicles | Active Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 12 hours (freezing)
Ingredients
3 oz. Paper Cups 100 ml
  Popsicle sticks or plastic spoons  
Strawberry Popsicles
1 cup Sensational Soy Strawberry Orange Banana Smoothie 250 ml
2 cups Strawberries 500 ml
4 tbsp Icing sugar 60 ml
Mango Popsicles
1 cup Sensational Soy Orange Peach Mango Smoothie 250 ml
2 Mangoes – peeled and cubed 2
2 tbsp Honey 30 ml
Banana and Chocolate Popsicle
1 cup Sensational Soy Smooth Chocolate 250 ml
4 Bananas 4
2 tbsp Honey 30 ml
1 tsp Vanilla extract 5 ml
1 tbsp Chocolate syrup 15 ml
Add to your cream soups for a smooth rich texture.
Directions
  1. In blender or food processor add food ingredients for your choice of popsicle. Blend until smooth. Divide evenly between about 8 paper cups.
  2. Cover with aluminium foil and then insert a popsicle stick or plastic spoon.
  3. Freeze until solid (about 12 hours or overnight). Starting with frozen fruit will decrease total freezing time.
  4. To serve peel off paper cup and enjoy.

Customize the recipe:

  1. Use popsicle molds instead of paper cups.
  2. Recipes are easily doubled or halved.
  3. Replace suggested Sensational Soy beverage with Creamy Original or Classic Vanilla.
