Soy beverage and Fruit Popsicles (cont.)
  1. In blender or food processor add food ingredients for your choice of popsicle. Blend until smooth. Divide evenly between about 8 paper cups.
  2. Cover with aluminium foil and then insert a popsicle stick or plastic spoon.
  3. Freeze until solid (about 12 hours or overnight). Starting with frozen fruit will decrease total freezing time.
  4. To serve peel off paper cup and enjoy.
Customize the recipe:
  1. Use popsicle molds instead of paper cups.
  2. Recipes are easily doubled or halved.
  3. Replace suggested SENSATIONAL SOY beverage with Creamy Original or Classic Vanilla.
